- rive experiences — state machines, runtime hooks, view-model wiring. delivered runtime-ready for Web (React), iOS, Android, Flutter. 2-3 weeks.
- product launch videos — 30-60s launch films, 2D primary with light 3D on hero shots. delivered 16:9, 9:16, 1:1. 3+ weeks.
- motion ops retainer — ongoing motion between product sprints. fixed weekly hours, fixed monthly fee, no new SOW each time. 4-8 hrs/wk.
